Logistics Dashboard

Overview

A high-throughput telemetry and coordination dashboard designed for middle-mile logistics providers. Monitors fleet vehicle health, tracks shipments in real-time via cellular GPS integration, and optimizes delivery routes.

The challenge

Inefficient route planning and lack of real-time visibility into driver locations led to high fuel expenditures and unpredictable delivery ETA estimates for enterprise customers.

Our solution

Built a responsive React interface powered by a Laravel websocket API. Integrates map routing services and telemetry logic to automatically calculate fuel-efficient paths, monitor driver speeds, and send automatic text updates to clients.
